Shipping & Delivery

We offer cash on delivery service, with no advance payment required.

The delivery time is 2 to 3 days within Dhaka, and 3 to 4 days outside Dhaka. If you do not receive the product within this timeframe, please inform us.

Inspect the product carefully before making the payment and receiving it. Be sure to check the product thoroughly while the delivery person is present. No complaints will be accepted after the delivery person leaves.

If there is any issue with the product, return it immediately; only the delivery charge will apply.

 

 

আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস প্রদান করি, কোনো ধরনের অগ্রিম পেমেন্টের প্রয়োজন নেই।
ঢাকার ভিতরে ডেলিভারি সময় ২ থেকে ৩ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাহিরে ডেলিভারি সময় ৩ থেকে ৪ দিন। যদি এই সময়ের মধ্যে প্রোডাক্ট হাতে না পান, তাহলে অবশ্যই আমাদের জানাবেন।
প্রোডাক্ট ভালোভাবে দেখে তারপর পেমেন্ট করে রিসিভ করবেন। অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকাকালীন প্রোডাক্ট ভালোভাবে চেক করে নিবেন। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

প্রোডাক্টে কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে সাথে সাথে রিটার্ন করে দিবেন, শুধু ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে।
